....there is nothing like it......

Left the car part in Canary Wharf this afternoon for the 1/4 mile journey home......25 miles later I was grinning like a chesire car. Lifted me right out of the January blues

Non Piston Headers just don't understand the pleasure driving brings.

So, how was yours?

Belper (Derbyshire) to Crondall (Surrey) in two hours exactly, and that despite the rain/sleet/snow. And an average of 43mpg too, which was nice.

Not a pleasant drive though TBH, it's yukky out there.

How does a traffic jam like that give you so much pleasure?

Same here - went to the local TVRCC meet, drove home (about 30 miles) with the roof off - fantastic! Better grip from nice new tyres on damp roads, everything else working right... you can't beat it. The car is now sitting outside, covered in road muck - will wash it down tomorrow.

I have had various problems with the car this week and would almost have sold it for a tenner on Wednesday - now we're again.

I needed to get some Flora, took me two and half hours through part of the Cotswolds. Was very enjoyable and just what I needed.
