Had to tank the laguna up today £50 for 311 miles of motoring
anyways , old git in a polo waits behind me at the pump even though there are 3 others not being used , then he starts shouting "hurry up i havent got all day " soooo i filled up a little bit slower , he finally moves to another pump and starts filling up , i finish filling the heap and go to pay , bought a pie and Mcn so by the time ive done that hes heading in to pay and stands behind me at the till while i pay tutting and and moaning under his breath , so oddly forgot the reg of the car and had to go and look , then decided to pay for the pic and motorcycle rag with my card at which point he is becoming a bit more vocal with his rudness , anyway finished buying me odds and sods so as im leaving look at him and say quite loudly "old people , no manners these days" and everybody in the shop laughed , hopefully made the rude impatient old tosser feel an inch high .
Whats wrong with people these days to make them self centred and more imoprtant than anybody else

At my local Total garage in Belper, they have four pump islands, with two pumps on each island, each pump has two hoses, making a total of sixteen hoses, but only one pump on one island has two diesel hoses, the other pump on this island has two petrol hoses. So guess what island/pump the petrol drivers go to?
So I have to wait while a petrol car gets petrol from the hose adjacent to the diesel hose, while another petrol car will also wait for the same petrol hose, even though there are fourteen other petrol hoses with no car waiting. Time and time again I ask if I can go to the pump ahead of them as they can go to any of the others, and why didnt they do this in the 1st place anyway? and time and time again they say "well why dont you go to one of the others as well, I was here 1st", "Yes, but I need diesel and can only use this pump on this island, you can use any of the fourteen petrol hoses on the seven other pumps!!!"

I've come here because the filling station man says you can tell me how to track down a cheeky young bugger in some French rattlebox who's going so senile he can't fill his car up without having to stop to switch his bloody brain on every six seconds.
Here's me, rushing to catch the chemist fer me incontinence pads, and he can't even remember his soddin number plate.
When I find his house, he's gonna get some used pads through his letterbox while Nora lets his tyres down.
I'll 'ave 'im, I tell yer, I'll 'ave 'im.
And
why don't they ever build them petrol pumps the right way round?
Bugger.

W.O. is spinning in his grave.

I still have a full head of hair

Don't start me on old people. Our local supermarket allows you to pay at the fag counter if you have fewer than seven items, so I often que up there.
Due to the layout I leave a 3-4 ft gap between me and the person at the counter to allow them some privacy.
On one occasion a couple of old biddies came and started to que in the gap.
When I politely explained that I was queing, the complained that they wouldn't have known given the size of the gap!
I just take comfort in the fact that they'll probably die soon. (Probably why they're in such a hurry).
