Music suggestions?? part 2
Discussion
Has anyone got any recommendations for some sort of chillout music... I have recently been trying to work out what fits my mood best, and so far all I have is "Juliet" "Avalon" (not the album version)
Im a sucker for a sexy voice, so female artists preferable. Any ideas??? I'll listen t anything once
Thanks in advance,
Ben CA

Hed Kandi - The Winter Chill 06.04
....excellent compilation with mostly female vocalists (Sia from Zero 7 on here with a stunning track)
Otherwise, good female vocalist based music:
Fiona Apple - Tidal
Mazzy Star
Lamb (some chilled, some quite frenetic - listen to Gabriel)
of course, Portishead are pretty timeless and always worth digging out.
Go down to your local record emporium and ask them in no uncertain terms for a record on the React label called Cafe Del Mar, I think the catalogue number is REACTCD52
There were 10 in total and they get worse as they go on, though 3 is better than 2 but thats the only exception. You want the first one, its utterly spectacular and will never be beaten in chill out terms.
Mixed by Jose Padilla back when the Cafe Del Mar wasnt chav central and was the most beautiful place to watch a sunset ever.
