I feel I'm growing up now and want to show this in how I present myself.

I'm fed up of being a seven stone weakling, driving around in my Nova wearing a cardigan.

Changes have to be made.

I had been thinking about buying a red British sports car, buying a singlet and joining a gym.

I would appreciate your advise

How does your car wear a cardigan, exactly? I'd pay to see that!

Once my mums Hillman Imp is in the garage, there's no room for my Nova. So she knitted it an overcoat in the shape of a cardigan.

Caring like that, is my mum

Well, as a start you could put the cardigan on back to front.

Or try the old 'pushing your biceps up while folding your arms' trick. While wearing a wife beater, naturally.
