2 Quick Q's about selling a phone on ebay

1. Can you sell an upgrade you get on a contract on ebay (making sure to remove the SIM card that comes with it

2. When you see the funds come into paypal and 'accept' them, will you definitely get the money (i.e. they won't fail to clear or anything?). I have added my bank account and am transfering the funds, which takes 5 days or so apparently (thieves!)

2 - don't accept paypal from anyone who is unverified, and if you do accept it, then send to the registered address with a recorded method of delivery...
