Ok, how do you go about sourcing one? Would prefer stocking clad French maid who masturbates but Carrera2 doesn't want to share so I'll settle for someone reliable who doesn't thieve from me.

Ad in the local paper? How would you vet them? Do cleaners have references?

I'd employe one via an agency, that way you know they are insured and you wont need to find holiday/sick cover.
