Car spec changes

Does anyone know of any website that lists the changes made to models of cars, the kindda thing you used to get in the back of TopGear for example? Specifically I'm looking for changes to a Renault, body work, lights etc etc.

Are you after a general list of whats been changed in a facelift?

What Renault model in particular?

Sorry I should have put more details in. It's for a friend so I hope I've got this correct. It's a Megane Convertible 2.0 Manual, the model is Prestige I believe. It's 7 months old. I think he was after light, body style changes etc he has looked on Google but with not too much success.
