Help please!

I'm trying to obtain some glass lumps for my aquarium, need around 50-75kg of them.

They look like this and are apparently a waste product of glass production.

Anyone any idea where to obtain some from?

Thanks!

voyds9, thanks for the link but I've tried 2 manufactures so far and having spent the best part of 2 hours on the phone been passed from dept to dept I thought I'd try the collective intelligence of the PH massive.

Might give these guys a call, do you know anything about them?

The 30 second (or was it 7) was just something promoted by fair ground prize givvers to justify their cruel treatment of goldfish.

Brightest fish I kept were Oscars, monster beasties who definatly remembered things and yu could train them to do a few things too.

About four weeks according to this months issue of Focus. Apparently they can learn to recognise patterns and routes.

I won't diss them again.

Dunno about goldfish, but our Koi and Golden Orf (sp?) remember when feeding time is by knocking on the side of the pond. They all come up for food when you knock. Pavlov and all that.

When I worked for these guys (about fifteen years ago), all the production was done in France and the UK outfit just did sales and administration. So unless things have changed since then, they aren't much good for what you want.
