Where are they all going?

By which I mean those huge great lenghts of concrete beams on the A1 in Herts, Beds everyday - you know the things, whopping great I and T sections that form the trailer with a bogie on the end(snigger). I see them every day going south so something big is going on - Wembley, new railway....?
