Anyone else see it?! I was truly surprised at the extremes some would go to. The guy called Mike, I think it was, had literally injected silicon into his balls/penis to make them HUGE. As in 2ft circumference round his testicles! He was then unable to have penetrative sex (or oral sex) but he said the 'buzz' in doing it outweighed his want for sex. He seemed so excited about it, also!
The Miami guy seemed a really sensible bloke, and I was surprised he went through such an operation as nothing was particularly abnormal (in fact, all was very well indeed). In complete contrast to the guy who had neither penis nor vagina, where 'corrective' surgery such as that I can understand.
I guess it's no different in it's effect to the individual as a woman having her boobs enlarged (the doc last night was saying that it has the same "make you feel good" effect).

Ah well, back to the penis thing (no, it's not because I'm curious at all that I brought up the subject!)...it's because I was so surprised at the extremeties. The guy with the huge huge huge sack/cock was so extremely proud of it. At the end, the "where are they now" text said he was feeling unwell and one possibility was a silicone clot in his body.
One thing I did find interesting was that the 'stetched' length when soft is the equivalent of it's erect length. As I'm sure many guys know already, the size when 'normal' has no bearing whatsoever on the erect size.
Of course they interviewed women asking if size mattered and most said no. Forgot to add the best bit was the were are they now and the doc's appeared and he is building his own mansion and specially built garage to house his 2 RR, presumable paid for by people like the miami guy....

I saw some of it, but feel asleep so missed the bit about the 2ft circumference mentioned above.
Does slightly puzzle me why one should be so anxious unless it is so small one can't perform. After all it is like a ladys breasts where the size is evident whether dressed or not. Only (in most cases) a limited number of people are going to see it, so why get so worried?
