I often find myself feeling slightly uncomfortable late in the day having stuffed my face with a take away and then going to bed fairly shortly afterwards...

So, why dont we have our meals in reverse order throughout the day:

Curry Chips and a couple of pints for breakfast

Usual lunch

Bran/Wheat cereal of some description for tea

Surely this way the metabolism would be able to deal with things better?

I appreciate there are a couple of issues with having a good curry just before going in to work (and the beer ) but would it actually be a healthier way to consume your daily intake?

Can you tell its my last shift of this set - only 11 more hours to freedom for a few days again

I love reheated Ruby Murray in the morning ,theres nothing like an order of Chicken Tikka Massala, pillau rice,Onion Bahji,Bombay potato and popadoms...eat half in the evening and save the other half for breakfast, the trick with Indian food is not to eat too much too fast,it needs to be savoured with a good aperitif such has Cobra or Kingfisher lager, again not too much before and gently sip during your meal.

Good Luck.

My mate at school used to eat his cereal and toast before he went to bed - his parents thought it would save time in the morning if they didn't have to prepare breakfast!

Theres nothing wrong with eating a full meal for breakfast. If its not leftovers or instant meals then I'll cook something up. Ive even roasted joints (with potatoes and two veg) and eaten them before 9am Cereal is for rodents, and anyone who disagrees should be sent to the vet to have their head examined.

Ahh yes, now you're talking! Curry for breakfast is a definate winner! Lick the plates clean, and stick 'em back on the shelf.

Also Piza is a personal favourite. 20 secs in the microwave before work, and it's a top bananna.

Is that hot or cold curry for breakfast (temprature not spicy hot)

On one of these greatest food shows a lot o chef's admitted to eating cold curry.

My mate when he was at school used to have a prawn curry (boil in the bag) for breakfast most days

Last night's curry always tastes better the following morning anyway.
