One of those intruiging programmes about mothers who are still breastfeeding kids as old as ten years old. These are the sort of programmes that made C4.Can't really see a problem with it myself...quite partial to a spot of breast nuzzling myself.

AAAArrrgghhh!!! Could someone please explain why people post "BITTY" when the subject of breast-feeding comes up? I can't see the slightest connection between breast-feeding and a word that denotes inhomogeneity (as in vegetable soup with shreds of vegetables floating in it), and it gets on my nerves.

Those kids that are still breast fed at 10 years old for instance are going to be scared for life, let alone the abuse thaey will get at school. Very selfish parenting if you ask me.

One of the mothers was asked the 'abuse at school' question on Richard and Judy (no I didn't watch it, I was at work at the time ) and the response was "No problem, they get home schooling".

Poor buggers, there's no hope for them

Personally I feel Breast feeding should be encouraged because of the health benefits for both woman and child.

OMG I breastfed The Boy Fish for first six months, but I couldn't dream of doing of doing it for any longer, to me it just feels wrong if they can ask for it.

Agree with health reasons, but there is something not quite right about this programme and 8 yr olds having lunch on a 38D....

It did during the first couple of weeks, I nearly gave up, but persevered, and it was fine then.
