Pretty sure its just AutoRoute with Microsoft logos plastered over it in the usual way that MS sees a product it hasn't got its fingers into, so buys out the competition rather than develop their own version.
That said, the copy I have here (although 4-5 years out of date) does the trick.
You may need to be a bit more specific in your quest for enlightenment, as its a pretty simple concept: i.e. pick some places and devise a route between them...
