Why the fluck won't it stick to my sodding windscreen. It just won't stay there. It was pulled off for literally 10 seconds a week ago and now it won't stick back on. Why?

The little ring that you glue to it isn't.

Magnetic ring glued to glass - never moves - magnetic disc adheres magnetically to ring, ring has tax disc nestling in it, held in place by magnetic disc - time come to change tax disc, remove magnetic disc, put in new tax disc, replace magnetic disc.

Yes got one in the cerb, bit fiddly but it works.
