Reverse Number Search

Last night (well 2am) someone called my parents asking for me. When my parent said I didnt live there (they live in the north, I live in the south), this person muttered something abusive and hung up. I have their number (NTL number).

Does anyone have an up-to-date UK info disk to reverse search or some other method of finding out who has that telephone number.

I have tried ringing it without success. As this person doesnt know my mobile number which I have had for 7 years, god knows who it could be but scaring my mother into frantically ringing to trying to get hold of me (I was asleep and she didnt know what area the phone call came from) pisses me off.

Report it to BT as a nusance and to the police as harrasment.
It may not be you they were after just someone with the same name (if they only used a first name) but there is no excuse for abusive language to old people.
