Ever wondered how to avoid that speeding fine when you get pulled over? The same thought also crossed the mind of 21 year old Justis Richert as state trooper James Randy Moss pulled her over in Tennessee, reports the Guardian.

Fortunately as a day job, Justis is a porn actress going under the name of Barbie Cummings, so she offered to show the trooper her skills with some oral sex in the hope that she could avoid the ticket being issued. It seemed to work as Trooper Moss reportedly threw away some drugs (described by Ms Cummings as ‘Happy Pills’) into bushes at the side of the road and didn’t report them. In addition to this Moss also took pictures and shot some video of the ‘act’ taking place.

The Trooper has since resigned after Cummings went public on her blog site. Prosecutors have said they would seek an indictment charging him with official misconduct and tampering with evidence.

Seems James Randy Moss has been living up to his name as 25 other cases involving women have since been reported.

So what happened to Ms Cummings? Well, she didn’t turn up to her court case and was fined $159 in her absence. Thing is, as the Trooper had resigned and wasn’t in court, if she had turned up she would have got away with it.
