Which reminds me of a story SWMBO (who's a GP) tells of how she had a woman in her 80s come in because of "soreness down below". It turned out she'd dried up at menstruation and had been given various hormone creams with little or no success, so someone had suggested vaseline. Well I know of a couple in their late 70's who are still at it. One of them was complaining that the stairs aren't as easy to do it on as they once were
