I was having a chat with a friend who brought me up to speed with his ex-girlfriend's shenanigans following their split. Not pleasant by any means, but it did make me wonder if his experience was particularly unusual.

While the girl in question was interested in my friend, she worshipped the ground he walked on, every one of his interests was also hers. Then when they split she adopted a new personality - the one which matched the interests of the new boyfriend. Then she started stalking him on the web - posting on chatboards, getting digs in about his physique and anything else she could think of.

So, was the friend's experience with his ex unusual or not? Tell all - and the more sordid the better...

Haven't had any stalker type nut jobs

Have had one suicide attempt though which really wasn't very nice. Actually one of the worst things that anyone has ever done to me.

All manner of "retribution" seems "fair game" in these scenarios. Search for "stty cushions" here for an extreme example, or "prawns in curtains" on google.
More likely, she'll simply bang his best mate. He'll get over that one and, eventually, they'll compare notes over a beer beer

ETA- It doesn't seem that sordid. It was. But you get over it.

One of mine once started ringing me up at work, constantly, effing and blinding, demanding every photo I had of her (none of them were dodgy or anything), saying they were her property. This was two years after we'd split.

Not unusual, but he got off reasonably lightly, compared to one of the guys who posts here. She snuck back in and filled every nook and cranny in his house with, as it turned out, many days of human st. In every book, under every carpet etc, etc....nice.
she also added bleach to his shampoo, now we know how Nervous gets his highlights

Only last Friday i witnessed possibly the most frantic attack by an ex on one of my mates.........

Usual thing really, early in the night it was all "hi, how are you" then as the night went on it changed into "don't know what she sees in you (New girlfriend), you have a tiny cock" etc etc

Which led to one of the best put downs ever as he referred to her "lack of pruning in the lady garden area" as "Like sh agging an axe wound on a gorillas back................"

She went away after that.................

As has been said already, nervous wins this contest hands down. The woman that did that was truly deranged! yikes

I think it's on the classic PH thread list, if not, just search for stty cushions, you'll find it.

I think I've gotten away relatively scot free then.

Oddly, one of my exes was a bit of a strange one whilst dating, but didn't go fruity when we split.

I had an employee who I had to have words with for stalking her ex (also an employee). She did the usual calling him at 3am but saying noting but also hacked his email and started emailing his colleagues, friends and family saying nasty things about him. When he left She moved house 100 miles and bought a house near him and tried to get a job at his new place of work.

She also came to see me for fine tuning advice on how to get horse urine into a bottle of his favourite wine which she intended to send saying he had won it in a raffle (injection through the cork was the planned route).

For my part, having an ex walk away with the house and all its contents felt like being shafted rather than stalked.

One of my ex girlfriends threw a match (lit) into my now wife's hair at a nightclub yikes

Considering my wife had big hair and more hairspray than a dodgy Travolta film I'm surprised she didn't go up in smoke.

Many years ago (in my early twenties) I went round to see my mate. Turns out, he'd had 'the last' row with his then gf. She, out of spite, kicked his hi-fi stack because, she felt, it was the only way to hurt him...

He was leaving the house as I arrived; she was shouting at him as he walked out the door. He stepped outside as she hurled verbals at him which included stuff relating to why he doesn't love her like she loved him... (by now most of the 'hood were spectating) and he shouted, "Your fanny stinks 'n' all!"

An ex girlfriend took revenge on one of her previous chaps by taking note of his credit card numbers.

Over the next 4 months he received a mountain of unwanted stuff arriving on his doorstep, mostly crap from the adverts in the back of the Sunday Paper's, you know, grey farah slacks, granny slippers, box set of Indian Chief China Plates, stuff from the betterware catalogue etc

He also had the usual taxi's turning up, takeaway orders arriving etc

After splitting with my ex and moving out of the house she wrote tt into my elise hard top with a fricken carving knife. She then felt bad she scratched a flower on it as well.

In her defence i probably deserved it!

At least it's the same colour as the car now!!! smile

LOL.
Oddly enough the other day my mate was saying he was looking through my computer to put some music on. (It's one of those media PC's so it's in the front room as TV/stereo/1.25Tb mp3&film bank) Apparently he went into the other Guns n Roses folder and found some very choice pictures of my ex. Glad he did though. I was wondering where they'd gone. And no, I'm not putting them up here.
