Ok, its not going to be a good week!!!

I got a text at 8:08 am when i was in the shower telling me to go and order my upgrade. This yeah, this is going to be an excellent week!!!

At 8:18am after grabbing a bowl of cereal i sit down with laptop to upgrade, everything looks like it is working great, o2 site a tiny bit slow, but i recon they just have a load of people on the site.

now, i click upgrade and wait a min or two and eventually a form pops up (their failover form i might add).

this does not work at all, i keep getting a message saying theres a problem, try again.

eventually after half an hour of trying, i give up to go to work, where i start trying to access the site...again.

so i call up o2 and they tell me that they have no idea what is going on, cant take orders over the phone and have no idea of stock levels, yet they are pretty sure i will still get one.

look at the o2 iphone upgrade minisite... to find it now closed.

ARGH FFS what a joke.

Now it is back up, but in the same state it was this morning, and i have no iphone on order and spent ages trying to make it work.

did nayone here get their upgrade in, or are you all in teh same boat?

I'm a bit bunged at the moment (unusual for me) and had a poo that was like a clump of marbles. Which made my arse bleed. All the way through this I was contemplating how I could possibly meet today's deadline for a piece of work I can't do because I don't have the info needed, which was emailed to me on Friday afternoon.

But I realise this pales in insignificance behind the OP's phone update 'nightmare'.
