Ding. *British People* think they can do what they like abroad. i'm one of the first to moan about stupid (to me) laws and the totally backward nature of much of the way they treat women but this one and her fella look like they will be getting what they deserve.
Seems to me that the authorities in Dubai have realised that they need to grow as a tourist destination in order to survive when the oil drys up, I guess they want tourism but tourism on their terms with anything like drugs, drunken behaviour, and public shagging being a no no. Maybe Spain should have realised this 30 years ago
