Ok, now I'm getting stick from a mate for not stopping the car and bh-slapping a couple of chavs about two months ago who tried to race me in a souped up Saxo. I declined to race them due to reasons of taste. Ended up driving past them the opposite way a few minutes later with the roof down only to be called a 'PUSSY' rather loudly in my own small country village. My first instinct was to slam on the achors, eject, and beat them into next week, but I carried on regardless deciding it was far too nice and sunny to get messy. I'm sure that was the right thing to do...but a part of me is saying I should have fooked 'em up.

Its 50 / 50. 50% chance you will hunt the down and mutilate them. 50% chance you wont. The deciding factor is time. No specifics but that is my experience. Best to let time work its course and drive away.. Imo its better than sharing a cell.

Best thing to do?
Go to bed tonight happy in the knowledge that tomorrow you will (probably) be getting up for work-not a court appearance from which you might not return for 24 months.
Climb out of a car for a punch up and somebody will have your reg and thus ID.
Not worth it mate, if your pal is that bothered let him sort them out.

PS and if you see them again burn them into the tarmac
