Extending tenancy agreements?
Discussion
My current tenancy contract (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) is coming to an end and I deal direct with my landlord.
Do we need to get some form of documented extenstion signed or will the contract just continue on the existing terms through some sort of assumption clause?
I want to ensure that all rights and responsibilities are continued.

Page 10 on the following PDF talks about a "Roll-Over" which seems to apply here? I think I've answered my own question here!
