I want to go from LONDON > DUBAI > DHAKA

If I go from LONDON > DHAKA it costs about £540 on my chosen dates

To go to Dhaka I HAVE to stop in Dubai with Emirates anyway

If I choose a 4 day stop over in Dubai on the way there it comes to £545ish - problem is everytime I go to buy it ALWAYS says there are no seats available and then tells me to search again, which it then comes up with prices of 700-900 quid

Thing is I have tried this about 4 days in a row and it always comes up with the cheaper price first and then claims there are no seats left.

What do you think? Worth giving them a call and find out WTF is goign on

If I book the straoght London - Dhaka flight does anyoen know how hard it is to add i nthe stop over myself manually by changing oen of my flight dates?

Not specific to this airline, but after seeing similar pricing issues online, I have often found going through a travel agent will enable you to book the original, lower price that you saw online.

Bummer

Wonder what highstreet airlines serve a place like Dhaka(Bangladesh) - there are not that many airlines that even go there!

What he says.

try trailfinders. final destination shouldn't matter as to which travel agent you use, just that the travel agent deals with the airline. IME, Trailfinders have been able to better what's available online when you need flexibility (i.e. stopover), including the same airlines' own online prices.

I went to the Seychelles with Emirates and stopped in Dubai both ways for a few days and the price was the same whether I stopped or not. Was easy to book online and only one price was ever mentioned.
