Fifth Gear 18/8 Mystery Courgette spotted - 'In -Joke' ??

Noticed a courgette in the glovebox of the V6 peugot that 'new' boy was pretending to service, then the same courgette in the ground shot of carkeys in the change-the-headlamp-bulbin the Megane bit.

An 'in-joke', whats it all about?.


Perhaps we are supposed to notice the offending vegetable and make lewd jokes about it belonging to VBH I suppose.
