My dishwasher has just started dribbling from the front! Not much, but enough! Do these things have a seal that can be replaced? it appears to be coming from the bottom by the door where it closes

Suspect that the internal drain is blocked. The water shouldn't get up to a level where it can overflow. Check the drain and filter first.

its coming from the bottom of the door and dribbling down to the floor! it was blocked but have now unblocked it- did involve using a bottle of sink unblocker - not to be advised!

It was quite clear to me that the dribbling was emanating from the front bottom. Sounds like it's one of those old fashioned split arse dishwashers, you know, the noisy ones.

I want to tell you a dishwasher story……..the last time I had the ‘flu’ I lay in bed with a terrible banging noise in my head. Except it wasn’t just in my head, it was coming from the kitchen. I stumbled down the stairs to see two suspicious looking characters trying to ‘beak into’ my dishwasher with a crow bar and a hammer.
My husband and son said that the dishwasher had eaten all of the plates and cutlery, they wanted to know why the door would not open. I pressed the red button….hey presto it opened. I went back to bed. Husbands moral of the story….don’t buy a dishwasher when your wife can wash up by hand. My moral of the story….just don’t get me started!
