Has any one else experienced bad customer serice from B&O? I am in the awfward position of having very luckily received a fantastic, Beautiful, Beosound MP3 player as a birthday present from my good lady. Appart from the fact it doesnt work, the shop is appauling and dont hold stock despite a replacement being authorised by the B&O HQ. They cant even give me a date for a replacement to arrive.

And now they have stopped all corespondence claiming the matter has been settled. All i want is a working MP3 to cancel out the wind noise on the bike!

I'm glad i'm arguing over a £500 toy not a £15k telly I know that much. Yes I do want to give up and just buy an IPod but its a present and she is upset. Any Ideas?

As above, it's awful and I'd feel terrible if my gf had spent her hard earned (by the way your a lucky lucky man! Don't suppose your bored of her are you? hehe) on a present and it didn't work. Maybe try to get her involved so she makes the suggestion of a refund and go and buy an Ipod?

I think its the only option, but they are being as awkward as possible, which in turn makes her upset and oh bloody hell. Anyway i'll stop whinging now and get medieval.

I would do this...

Get refund = £500
Buy iPod touch = £300 (or less, depending on model)

Refund - iPod = £200

Take lady out for lovely meal and drinks with refund!

Sorted!

£500? laugh

That's ridiculous, really. Tell them to stick their over priced junk up their pretentious arses and go buy something marginally less pretentious and much cheaper (Ipod).
