I don't have time to search at present.
But I would start with tags:
Art
Illustration
American/Americana
Possible add "Panoramic"

You may with luck find a similar peice, by simlar I mean same use of light etc. Then search the artist. It can be time consuming.

Do you know what it is yet?

That's a great painting, please post again if you find the painter, I'd like to see some more of his/her work.

It looks a little like a painting by Edward Hopper, but it's the wrong style.
Your best bet would be to email a copy to the V&A or maybe the Tate gallery, they may be able to help.

It wasn't me.
