Is anyone going to Donny this year? September 27th and 28th! It’s back after the refurbishment of Doncaster racecourse.
I’m working so it would be good to see loads of people there. I think the top 20 Modified cars are going to be there and Fast car a giving out awards. I think we are going to stand out as we are taking a Daytona Coupe, so come and say Hi!

Aye, I saw Fifth gear this week where the skinny lad with the bizarre facial hair was a judge at some modified show. He was trying to say that modding isn't actually chavvy, and yes, the people at the show had spent thousands of pounds and hours of their time and produced some amazing vehicles.Good on those with proper cars who exhibit them but give me Goodwood FOS or Autosport any day.
But for every one of those "proper" modders there's a hundred saxo-driving
STAINS who think that simply sticking a bad boi exhaust that's just noise is somehow worthy of inclusion in the same breath.And they should all be hunted down, strapped into their cars and fed into the crusher. Two birds, one stone and all that.

I remember a mate of mine had a 206 when they were fairly new, he had decent alloys, spoiler/tinted windows/bodykit etc. Actually all professionally done and didn't look too bad or over the top in silver. He went to the show and outside some guys from a proper pug tuning shop came over for a chat, though apparently they did laugh quite heartily at the boggo 1.1 engine when he lifted the bonnet.
