PC on TV

I'm not a techie, keep it simple.

My laptop has s-video out. If I buy an s-video out to red, yellow, white leads will I be able to watch stuff off my laptop on my telly?

Something like THIS should do the trick. I used to use one of these ages ago and it worked fine using the supplied SCART converter.

Your laptop will have audio out, it's just not included in the S-video.
