Remember the bint on the beach in Dubai, caught with some bloke hanging out of her ar5e?

The Times said:
Ms Palmer, 36, is expressly forbidden from speaking directly to the press before her verdict is handed down on September 9. Despite this she outlined her defence through a close friend who held her hand through today’s hearing, who, in turn, passed a two-page note to The Times.

She claims that she was not cautioned before her arrest.
So despite being specifically banned from talking to the press, she does it anyway.

When will STUPID ENGLISH PEOPLE LEARN that the Law abroad is not the toothless waste of time it is here?

"Not cautioned?"

What did she expect, "oh madam please stop that" like she'd get back home?

Idiot.

Excellent, release her from the original charges and then detain her for PCJ or whatever they call it over there.

tbf the abuse of foreign laws is a commn flaw with most nationalities.

Foreign nationals dont pay UK tax and nothing happens, we speed in France, the french / germans / et al speed, park etc over here with inpunity.

So why shouldn't some cheap we of a tart think she can go beach shagging and get away with it, then do it ten minutes after after being told not to by a policeman.

Stupid stupid stupid

She does not seem the brightest of sparks, I agree.

But if her trial comes to court during the month of Ramadan (which started on Monday) there's every chance she'll get a light sentence or discharge.

Shariah law is tough, but the courts tend toward leniency and forgiveness during Ramadan - which is not the same as a free pardon, which the Emir tends to hand out to some categories of prisoners during the Holy Month too.

Sounds like she already failed to get a discharge off the guy she was with on the beach!

i was speaking with someone who worked in the same office as her the other week.

it's fair to say that she was given every opportunity to get away with no more than embarrassment with this.
