As title they kicked me off for a year because i am associated with a banned member.
That member is my son and he got kicked out 6 months ago he says it was a dispute.
Still can't see whats that got to do with me.
I suppose it's because he using the same ip address and they've put two and two together.
Is there any point dropping them a line had the account for 3 years 100% feedback and 250 stars.
Pissed me off nothing to do with me.

Same postal address? They probably think you are one person with two accounts. Drop them an email - I wouldn't expect much though, they're a bunch of useless fkers.

Will be a slow process - last time I looked there were 47 cars for sale on ebid and 147,000 on ebay

Something like that is why pay pal banned me. Apparently they linked me with a hotmail email address to a banned member. No idea what it was all about and they wouldn't even tell me the full address. In the end I decided there wasn't much hope without the data protection act and I couldn't be bothered to find out how to do that and quit using it and ebay. Their day will come when people start leaving en masse as their product and customer service are seriously lacking.

We know about www.ebid.co.uk but how about www.specialistauctions.com/index.php as well?

Though from ebays perspective :-

Fraudulent seller ripping off other ebayers

Second ebay account at same address, whats the odds its the same person?

You're right; the problem is the mechanised geeks at the other end who can only copy and paste lumps of 'policy' but can't actually think.
