Using someone elses Sky Box at my place to watch Box Office?

Me and my mates want to watch the Khan fight at my place on Sat night.
I have a Sky Box at my flat but my card is deactivated. I can only get the free channels. I phoned up Sky but they said to order Sky Box office I would need a new card which would take 3 - 5 days.
If my mate orders at his place on his SkyPlus box then rings it to mine, will we be able to watch it at mine. I know Sky won't know where the box is, but will the sky plus box need connecting to the usual phone line to work?
Also will it mater if I only have one satellite connection, or can Skyplus work with one connection?

We did the same thing back when Tyson fought Holyfield.
Don't know if the above is now in place where the phone line has to be plugged in. Worked back then though.
You could always give sky a call and say that your having some work done on your line and it won't be fixed till next week and if you order the box office now can you view it at the time of the showing without the phone line.

Not sure but, as you are only charged if you actually watch the programme, I'd guess the phoneline should be attached at the time of watching.
Saying that, I'm sure I've heard of people getting a huge bill for PPV when they connect the phone line months after ordering loads of progs...?
