I posted this to show the absolute LUNACY of the situation over climate change and how the situation has been blown out of all proportion and reported disproportionately more than it deserves by the media and then hijacked by the government for taxation purposes. If animals we use for food produce more harmful gases than all of transport put together AND this point is being made by the Head of the IPCC then it puts it into perspective.
Buy a powerful car and enjoy it, safe in the knowledge that you are doing no harm in the slightest. Of course, whether you can afford it these days is another thing.

The usual PH level of intelligence in these replies I see.... fact is 'apparenty' that indeed the meat industry is worse than all the cars / vehicles in the world put together with regard climate change. Makes you think about all the stealth taxes on cars based on pollution when there are in fact, other culprits.

If you look at a little of the detail you'll see that is not what they want to say.
The focus being on the industry rather than the animals themselves, you mean?
I've never seen locally grown lentils, couscous and bulger wheat, nor soya... I might be looking in the wrong places, mind.
To be frank, if you want to save the planet, women need to keep their legs closed. It doesn't matter what we do, we're breeding so quickly (5m a day globally?) we're in trouble tomorrow or next year. Then again, Wednesday is Big Bang Day so treat yourself to a good steak.
