You cant go around pointing out how silly some things in the USA look... Well you can but when you do it to and American crowd it's going to upset a few of them. Really he should have burnt the stars and stripes on stage. That'd have got them going.

I'm pretty sure he knew what he was doing by calling Bush a retard, he is relatively unknown in the U.S so to use a cliche, 'any publicity is good publicity'.

If an American commented on Brown in the same way, it'd get a wry smile and we'd carry on with our lives!
