my property spy.com has land registery figures to jun 08 i think.

so we're only missing the last 3 months!

from what i quickly gathered... prices around me were still quite strong to end jun at least... (i know stuff has fallen off since then but i was pleasantly surpised).

..yeah but originally they weren't releasing figures from marchish... so maybe things are giving..???

remember you can't compare new build with resale as new builds are often heavily incentivised. So much so, that housebuilders are now having to disclose their incentives to valuers to allow them to get to the true market price.

They won't have been compiled yet. Takes ages after a sale for the solicitors to send everything off to the LR and for the sausage machine to acknowledge it all.

Having sales to June in September is about right. July, August & September's sales will be published around December.
