Take a large whiskey.

Consider adding silly things like lemon juice, honey and hot water.

Drink the whiskey.

Mix other ingredients and throw away when you realise they taste awful.

Have another whiskey and go to bed.

Man-Flu scared by whiskey and leaves body.

Try taking the whole pack, it should make you peaceful and quiet.

Better still, take a large whisky - none of that Irish/American nonsense for man-flu. Then add a shot of night nurse and 3 soluble paracetemol. You'll either cone up smiling on Friday or you'll do a 'Heath Ledger' but think of it as a man challenge. Is your constitution hard enough to shrug off the effects of the cocktail overnight? Or will you never see another sunrise? Only you can decide if you got the minerals...

Garlic, Vitamin C, Echinacea and Zinc all boost the immune system and speed up your recovery.
Gargling dissolved soluble asprin solution works really well.
If you take a sudafed to clear your tubes take a one a day histamine (like Piritin) at the same time, it really enhanced the effect.

Whisky and sleep help with the massive psychological trauma of this disease. Try Bells 10 year old.

Be brave.

You have my utmost sympathy... Women prattle on about childbirth like it's a big thing, but as they've never had a man cold they'll never truly understand the meaning of the word misery.

Be careful.
Night nurse contains lots of paracetamol, to which the liver is very sensitive.
Take more paracetamol on top and some alcohol and you could soon overload and damage said organ.

I like beachams cold and flu lemon drinks for such near death experiences.
