I swear it's meant to be receive rather than received.

I think it you're right.

Or it should read "from the moment we have received it...."

That's correct but wouldn't be how you'd write it in said text.

It should be yes. Why the question?

I think the above is a little better - possibly without the comma's.

"We use" is present tense so all other verbs should follow suit.
"Received" is past tense so that is clearly incorrect.

It just doesn't look right for some reason.

Why not re-arrange the words a little, and cut it down some.

"We use the latest technology to track the process of your order from receipt until the product is delivered to your door".

I think it's too wordy. People will have no idea what the 'latest tools & technology' are - it's marketing padding that stands no examination. 'Innovative solutions yada' etc.

Keep it simple + feature/benefit:

'Every order is tracked from start to finish so you'll always know where your goods are'.

That way you get the benefit as well as the feature. And yes, I write scripts smile

Don't forget to put underneath it the Polish translation.

Should be receive.

If you're going after someone's business, then you're referring to a package that you haven't been given yet. Therefore to use the past tense is incorrect.
You wouldn't put "the moment it arrived at your door" either, unless you were actually giving the person in question a report on how you delivered their package last week.
