My brother is getting married in Sofia in a few weeks and I need to find a hotel that's affordable for my parents coming over from South Africa and have to suffer the hideous exchange rate.
Can anyone recommend something fairly central (wedding is on Vitosha Boulevard) that's cheap and cheerful?
