Right we have done lost, found etc , so what is the most expensive item you have bought and turned out to be the biggest waste of money?

1. Bought a mk4 Golf at auction - head gasket failure, Bonnet fked and the panels all out of line.

I only stuck my hand up for a bid and ended up loosing £300

A bikini worn by Jordan at a chrity auction in 2003.

It's in the loft in a frame. It has a curly pube attached to the gusset.

Why do you have to do that?
We all know its not true.
If you indeed do have Jordans Bikini that is an excellent thing to have in its own right without having to make stuff up.

what did you get?

any shooting clubs near you - to use their ranges?

if you want to sell it - get onto www.airgunbbs.com to advertise it.

Thats also a very nice bit of kit!!

Im a bit set in my ways when it comes to airguns after owning weihrauch the only other gun i'd be tempted by is the Rapid, but after handling both looks like the HW100 wins hands down, plus i love the thumbhole stock of the HW100

mmmm- i used a chap's HW100k at our local club and was *very* impressed with it. equally as accurate as the Mk3 and it feels as solid as a brick outhouse.

ETA the airgunbbs site is a great place to chat about all things shooting related (and then some biggrin )

also - a choice between a rapid or HW100k and it'd be the HW100k every time for me

He's not - he's just scruffy.

ETA Oh, plasma ball - entertaining for all of about 20 seconds. Can't remember what it cost, more than it was worth though.
