There is a chap from Romania who wants to buy them.

What is the best method for him to pay me?

Is it possiable to make a dummy account and if so what details does he need to make a payment?

Got a PayPal account? He can pay that way ... HE may not want to pay Western Union - which is, in effect, cash.
