"Awww, mum, quaaaack" Will the Duck.

Help me.

I am not going mad here, but cannot find any trace of it. Can anyone remember a cartoon from the late 80's/early 90's with a duck who was always in trouble with his mum.

When she told him off he said "Awww mum, quaack".

His name was Will.

They were Welsh.

Google and YouTube cannot help.

Any ideas?
