It's probably some silly promo and in a few weeks there will be different messages that explain it.

Which means that part of the price of your fags is going on some stupid advertising bks that won't make a blind bugger of difference to how many they sell but they feel compelled to waste money on it anyway.

go and buy some and see, regular flip top ones.... (the french are too cool to have them in theres.....)
