Unbeleiveable.
First there was an advert on the radio this morning in New Jersey.
Offereing loans to people to buy houses who earn under $8,000
Must call today smile I wonder why furious

To put that in perspective my Real Estate Taxes are close to that.

Forgivable loans.
Front page of the South Jersey section of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Joseph V Doria (appointee of Corzine, Dem Governor) Commissioner of the NJ dept of Community Affairs announces the the second phase of the Camden Home Improvement Program which provides forgivable loans of upto $20,000 each for homeowners who are under the threshold income blah blah blah.
It goes on to name some local areas (I was not aquainted with those locations as I don't do crack)

Next to that article is one stating "Corzine studying more budget cuts"
I shall not bore you with the details of his statement but it's contradictory to the other article.

We send these Democrats to jail for stuff then elect new ones.
That was article above these two biggrin
