New phone scam?!

I've been getting a lot of strange phone calls lately from countries like Serbia, Moldova, Macedonia, etc....

Basically, the person calls and speaks in a foreign language and then hangs up.

Now I'm guessing the scam is about you calling them back and getting charged a fortune for it in the process, but is there any danger in answering the calls?

Is that the good AIDs or the bad AIDS? Either way I would recommend having a good shower after each call just to be sure...

That will not be enough if you are trying to rid it of the bad aids ,it will need soaking in a bucket of bleach for at least an hour
