Boot repairs in the midlands

My well loved and well worn in Zamberlan hiking boots have developed a tear in the leather tongue behind the laces. Does anybody know of a well crafted boot/shoe repairer in the midlands (Coventry etc)? I’ve had these boots for 25 years and they have been with me to 5 continents, I’ll get upset if I have to replace them :-(
