I've got an odd and slightly annoying problem with my right arm.
When i was 6/7 i sliced it open across a vein, then 3 years ago i got knocked off my motorbike and broke my scaphoid.
Ever since then when i throw something my hand hurts, almost like as i throw my hand forwards the blood is forcing it's way out.
I've never really been bothered, i just don't throw things.
But when i was doing some hammering the other weekend, after hammering 10 or so times, my arm pumped up so badly i couldn't move anything, all the veins had popped out and i was in agony, it's almost as if the blood can't get out of my arm quick enough, should i see a doctor about this?
The only problem is, i'm in australia until july next year now and finding a doctor will be hard.

Strange.
I've never injured my arm. But I had to stop bowling (cricket) because every time I bowled I felt a sharp pain as if all the blood was suddenly forced into the hand under pressure. Bit like when you jump down onto a hard surface and your feet hurt sometimes as if the blood is compressed and has nowhere to go.
No help I'm afraid, but I know the feeling.

sounds like you have a kink in the vain you messed up, a fix the doc/hospital can do is put a tube type thing into the vain to open it up more and make it straight
