Bloody BT again!

Hi folks...yes, another suffering the joys of BT here

Can whoever had the email details of the MD/CEO of BT PM me with them so I can fling an email off to him about my current troubles and so get access and help from the high level customer team that seems to get your issues resolved?

Thankyou from a despairing bloke who is getting a kicking from his wife over her continued exasperation with our wireless system!

You're paying the price for choosing BT I'm afraid...

However they've recently fallen from my top 'most hated' spot behind PayPal and eBay...

I've used them for 6 years or so and never had any problem at all.

I know it doesn't answer the OP's question but credit where it's due etc

What really annoys me is that Ive got the older BT system in the other house and that works perfectly...its hardly ever failed us. This newer white box thing is utter rubbish!

Must say, fair play to this Ian Livingston chap. I only just emailed him and got a reply within 10minutes saying his senior boys would be in touch first thing monday!

A pity his attitude doesn't filter down - but I suppose it's like trying to reform the NHS - it just can't be done, it's too big.
