Girlfrien is having some problems with an ex, well we think it is an ex, the person keeps hanging up, if she answers it they hang on for a bit, if I answer they hang up straight away.

It isn't a company call on some funny dialer, as some times you can hear that they are standing by a road, outside etc.

She has rang T mobile to block his number, they said they couldn;t all they could do was change her number. Even with a police case filed. They were lovely but said that it wasn;t possible to block either a defiate number ( which I find hard to believe ) or unknown numbers.

Is there any way she can just block unknown numbers from her phone all together ? she isn't worried too much about missing certain unknown numbers. As these calls are waking us up in the night ( can't turn phone off due to work, and doesn;t really want to change number as she has had to do this before ).

We don;t want to contact the guy at all incase it isn;t him, and I believe that is all he wants is a reactyion of any sort.

Cal barring on the phone doesn;t seem to allow anything more than not accpting calls when roaming or making calls when abroad.

Any help or is she going to have to change her number again ?

Cheers guys

Hey Tampon - You should be able to do this no problem.

I have a smiliar issue (except I don't know who it is) and I've a police case filed. 02 offered to block unknown numbers for me but the police advised against it so that they could trace the unknown numbers for me.

I can't understand why T-Mobile aren't helping you?
