at least I think it is....I had a text this afternoon asking me to phone a number "[phone]" (Austrian number?)to arrange delivery of a large parcel, the sender was 07810243717...it purported to be from "Interntional (sic) Parcel Deliveries.....anyone else had this? I suppose the number is a premium line sort of number and the call will cost £gazillions...

Could be like the one reported last week where you ring a number (looks like a standard mobile one) and it just keeps ringing - unbeknownst to you, the ringing tone you are listening to is a recording and you are being charged for a premium rate call... I never bother calling these things at all. If they want to speak to me, they will call back!
