Texting Dubai.... Help

[minimatt1967]

I have a friend who has just moved to Dubai to work and he's got himself a Dubai mobile phone. I was just wondering what international code I put in front of it to send text messages out to him. I went to my mobile provider and their website is well, useless, all they want to do is sell you international call packages! Now i turn to the ultimate on-line encyclopaedia, the PH massive

Thanks in advance
Matt
